NXT IPA is newly formed in 2019 by Primary Care Providers in Los Angeles, Orange County, East Los Angeles County, and High Desert areas of San Bernardino County.
Practicing with commitment for highest quality of healthcare delivery and desire for better patient outcomes, like-minded primary care and specialty providers are joining our medical network, leading to a rapid expansion into other areas of Southern California.
By achieving vertical integration of our resources and with the emphasis on preventive medicine, we hope to improve quality of our senior population’s lives.
